Not sure what is the reason for the different PO types and numbers but if you are looking at creating different PO types and their associated number in one backend system, you can use BADI BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI to put in the logic. This is so that the system knows when to use which PO type, etc. This BADI is for an extended classic scenario.

I just purchased what I thought to be a copy of Crystal Reports 2008 as part of a critical application during a shutdown I am presently in the middle of. Instead the download was for the 2013 version which will not work in my application. As I don't usually work with SAP, but have to use Crystal Reports I have no idea how to contact them or if I can get a copy of the specific version I need for this application. We have a BW 7.4 System, with SQL Server on Windows Data Center 2012.
We all the parameters set in the system, SMICM works fine, http port no has been set.
However, none of the services in SICF are working.
In the dev_icm trace file, I found these messages,

Hi Philip,
Enabling High level logs will cause performance issue and some Weird issues.
High level logs will also consume High Diskspace. But there is setting in BO. Please refer the below note

Change the keep _num value according to your requirement.
There is also script avaible to delete the logs based on the num of days.
Script for logs deletion

I have 4 full infopackages in my DSO that will load to PSA and a DTP that will load the extractd data from th 4 infopackages. This is a monthly basis report and the reason that I am planning to have a delete overlapping is we will load the extractor daily on a full load due to backposting from ECC side, so based on the month inserted on the filter in infopackages and dtp, everyday it will generate a new extraction so i need to delete the yesterdays load to update the values.
Is there a way I could have delete overlapping in the process chain in SAP BW for DSO?

If you still facing the issue, try this:
Option 1: Remove the EHP1 ESS role and assign /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE (and similar role in portal) and try. This option activates the Wizard Shopping cart for the employee ( 4 step shopping)
(or )
Option 2: Keep the EHP1 ESS role and activate the "Simplified Shopping Cart" under "IMG-->SRM-->SRM SERVER -->Cross-Application Basic Settings -->Self-Service Procurement --> Activate/Deactivate Simplified Shopping Cart.
This option activates the Simplifies shopping cart for the employee.

please make sure you are checking right data source. try to start checking from the data Target.
Is your job delta / Full load??
1) please check your info object .. If it is PSA & target ??
2) BW - SM37 --> check for active jobs
3) Try to locate which is your job from the log .
4) select the job and get details --> click job details
you will get the PID no .
5) Go to SM30 --> delete with out core.
Do not delete from SM58 . If there are errors there ( time our etc ) put your cursor on the request and then press F6 ( or Edit --> execute LUW )
