Hi,
what materials you are talking about....are they externally procured materials or Inhouse production materials...
First extend the QM view in material master of that material and activate the inspection type as mentioned below...
If the materials are externally procured with Purchase Order then activate inspection type 01...
If the materials are externally procured with out Purchase Order then activate inspection type 05..
If the materials are inhouse production materials then activate inspection type 04....
Ensure Post to inspection stock indicator is activated in the inspection types...You need to have all the relevant QM master data like MIC, Inspection Plan, Sampling Procedures. etc....
