Adding authorization to the notes in Text management in WEB UI

Hi everybody

                       I am configuring Text management in SAP CRM UI.I have used CRM_ORDERH object and added my "text objects" there.I have used these notes in the Service Order.In the UI every status has different "Employee Responsible".Now i want that to add authorization to notes,so that only employee responsible can edit the notes.Please help me so that i can put authorization to the notes.

While configuring the Text management i found access sequence.Please tell me whether this will solve my problem or how to add the authorization.
