BOL Model Not Initializing in Productive system

Hi Experts,

I am experiencing really strange issue. I have added a text type on Item level as per this wiki page:

CRM 7.0 :Adding Custom Text Type on Web UI View

When I transport the change into the QAS system, I can edit the file and I see the text type binding - Photo 1

But when I transport the enhancement into PRD, I don't see the binding and the field is non-editable - Photo 2

Strangely enough, when I reduce the level of protection in SCC4, I get to see the text: BTText not bound.

So I guess the question is why is this happening and how does the Productive system limit this type of enhancement, especially Text types?

If anybody has any idea, please share it.
