To me it seems the issue with the number of parenthesis.As i can see 2 open parenthesis and only 1 closing parenthesis.
Please check the same.It should be something like this :
(FISCPER_CALMONTH( FISCPER, FISCVARNT, FISCYEAR, 0 ))
