from SAP Portal Email are not going

Hi Team,

On SAP Portal Emails are not sending.

i have done all configuration on SMTP server. (restarted server many times)

I mention email address on portal  Notification E-Mails Tab also.

if i Lock,  UnLock User & use forget Password then mail should go but.

Its not working.  Mails are not sending.
