Appreciate your reply and keenness to resolve the issue.
But, once you mark the Items are Co-Product in BOM, you cannot issue it in Process Order, 261 mvt disallowed.
I have conceptualised the Requirement in this way. But dont know whether it is perfect or not.

As Order type, say ZP01, will be created to encapsulate 261 of raw materials, 101 of MF and 531 of LF and Residue.
Since LF and Residue needs to be issued also. We will make Rework order, say Order Type ZRWK. Create order without Material CORO. Assign the same recipe group as same method to make MF. In order we manually issue the LF and Residue and in order header we will assign the parent order ZP01 so as to inflict cost in that order. We will confirm the order which will encapsulate activity cost to dissociate LF and Residue to form MF in reactor.
And again some potion of MF will formed which vl be received from ZP01 with LF and Residue with 101 and 531 movement type.
