Good afternoon all,
I'm currently having problems trying to use Deski 3.1 on my laptop and all my attempts to resolve this have failed.
When trying to use Deski today my session has frozen on me and the only way to close it is to use task manager to shut down the program.
When I attempt to import a report from the repository the associated window doesn't appear and the program freezes and when I try to open a report (that is saved on my hard drive) the report is displayed on the screen, but again the program freezes.
The instructions I attempted to follow online refer to a .lsi file, but I don't have the correct permissions to view this file and I'm not sure if it even exists.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to get Deski working again I really appreciate it.
