Hi,

  1. Exit SAP Business One.
  2. Navigate to the SAP Business One configuration folder (by default, it is located under "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf").
  3. Back up and delete "b1-current-user.xml" and "b1-local-machine.xml".
  4. Copy "b1-current-user-template.xml" and paste it in the same folder with the following new name: "b1-current-user.xml".
  5. Copy "b1-local-machine-template.xml" and paste it in the same folder with the following new name: "b1-local-machine.xml".
  6. Log on to SAP Business One twice to check if the issue is resolved. Ensure that you exit SAP Business One by choosing File → Exit.
  7. If the issue persists, navigate to the SAP Business One profile folder, which should be recorded in "b1-config-path.txt" as "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\SAP\SAP Business One".
  8. Back up and delete the profile folder "SAP Business One".
  9. Log on to SAP Business One twice (you should be able to successfully log on after completing these steps).

Regards

Vaibhav
