Check Operation existence by Order ID

Hello everyone,

I was looking for a function module to check whether the operation exists or not, and found this function module CRM_ORDER_EXISTENCE_CHECK which does exactly what I need, but it receives the operation GUID as parameter, and I am looking for one which receives the operation ID (OBJECT ID) and the PROCESS_TYPE with it.

Is there any standard function with this aspects, or maybe it's better to build a customized one?
