sure I'm aware that some of actions can be disabled on different levels of xml. I'm just not sure if you can disable action "deleteItem". It's defined only in "uwl.standard.xml". But not in View. Also it's not defined in "uwl.webflow*.xml". So copy View or change task definition is not an option here. Some actions can be disabled only in iView configuration as far as I know. Another way for disabling action of specific task is to define action with dummy handler. So in our task we can define action like this:

<ItemTypename= ...>

    <Actions>

        <Actionname="forward"groupAction=""handler="dummy">

            <Properties>

                <Propertyname="display_order_priority"value="3"/>

            </Properties>

        </Action>

    <Actions>

</ItemType>
